Top-up Guide
- Step 1: Skywalkers click the [Top-Up] button on the homepage or go directly to the official Top-Up web pay of "Cloud Song: Adventure into the new fantasy world": https://shop.vng.games/game/cloudsongph
- Step 2: Login information to the system via "Role ID/Email Account/" channels. Note: Your Play Now account must complete account protection by email before you can log in to the top-up page.
- Step 3: Select the top-up package to receive the corresponding Top Up Ticket. Then select the payment method.
- Step 4: After successful payment on the Webpay, the corresponding Top Up Ticket will be received, and the system will send it to the ingame Bag.
- For example: skywalker top-up "Ticket 49 Peso" on the web pay, when entering the game will also receive the item "Ticket 49 Peso"
- Step 5: Then Skywalker goes to the recharge interface to exchange the package
Note:
- Skywalker will only be able to exchange the top-up ticket with the corresponding value. For example, after exchange and receiving “ticket 49 pesos, only exchange packages at ingame with the same value.
- The system will NOT calculate the accumulation of recharge tickets. For example, 4 “Ticket 49 pesos” cannot be exchanged for “Ticket 149 pesos”
